Returns & Exchange Policy

At Mellovea Medical, we are committed to providing premium skincare and wellness products that meet the highest standards. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange an item.

When Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted

We allow returns and/or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • You no longer wish to keep the product that was delivered to you.
  • The product does not match the size, description, or specifications you expected.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Return Request Process

Send an email to: orders@melloveamedical.co.za

Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement
  • Your collection address, if a courier pickup is required

Your Options Once the Product is Returned

Once your return is processed, you may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund (excluding delivery fees, if applicable)
  • Request a product exchange or replacement

Product Condition Requirements

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Returned in a clean, properly packaged condition
  • Accompanied by any free gifts or promotional items (if applicable)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these standards.

How Returns Are Handled

If your order was delivered to you, we can arrange a courier collection for your convenience. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
  • In-clinic returns at our Centurion location are also welcome, with prior arrangement.

Product Inspection Process

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected before a refund or exchange is processed. If the item is not in a returnable condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift Cards and Voucher Codes
  • Bonus Gift Cards received as part of promotions
  • Complimentary or free products included in a promotional bundle
